This incident occurred just after the last Hindu Youth Conference, at Pune;
at the Sangha’s Officers Training Camp.
In an after – dinner discussion session, people were debating who the ‘ideal
Swayamsevak’ was. At once, a voice from the back said: “P.P.Doctorjee”, since
he was present at this session. P.P.Doctorjee quickly stood up, apologized
and left. He did not accept his own praise. The session soon came to an end.
