34. British spies after Doctorjee:

Though Doctorjee, as a "political suspect" was constantly under observation by the secret police and their informants, the infuriated British regime could not find any conclusive evidence against him. Doctorjee has been assigned "No. 51" as a "Political suspect". Doctorjee was followed everywhere, and even policemen in distant cities were informed by telegram, in stern warning language, that they must constantly watch "No.51" and never allow him to be away from their eyesight.

Once, after he reached a train station and alighted, Doctorjee could see a flustered secret policeman (in plain clothes) frantically looking everywhere. Poor policeman did not know what Doctorjee looked like. So, Doctorjee himself went to him and said quietly, with a smile: " I am the political suspect No.51. You have undoubtedly come for me. Let us both go!"

The secret (plain clothes) policeman was stunned. How did Doctorjee come to know that he had come to track him?
