63. Doctorjee's Views On Muslims:

In a 1932 public speech in a small city in Vidarbha (a sub-province area in Maharashtra, near Nagpur), Doctorjee expressed his thoughts about Muslims. He said: "In the past, Foreign Muslim invaders attacked Bharat, persistently, without provocation. Whenever they won, they forced untold hardships and abuses of the vilest kind upon the captive Hindu society, and tried to convert them to Islam. It was a stark choice the Hindus had to face: rape, torture and death, or be converted to Islam. All Bharateeya Muslims of today, are descendents of those Hindus who felled this terrible fate. Thus, they are nothing but victims of foreign aggressors, our own brothers and sisters, who where Hindus once upon a time. Now the time has come for all of us to redress this historical wrong. Let us all unite and wash out this heinous, criminal past with love and friendship."
